Martin Krawitz has over 35-years of commercial and residential real estate experience in both Canada and the United States. Being in the value creation business, Martin has had extensive hands-on experience including development, asset management, property management, leasing and advisory services. Martin's experience is backed up by a Masters in Business Administration (Finance), a Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) and a Bachelor of Physical Education (Recreational Facilities & Program Planning) which have allowed him to comfortably quarterback the planning and development of a wide range of commercial real estate projects including corporate office headquarters, retail, industrial, multi-family and medical offices with laboratories.
- Developed and redeveloped over 800,000 sq. ft. of office, retail, industrial and medical properties valued in excess of $200 million.
- Extensive experience working with international, national, regional and local property owners, tenants, pension funds, asset managers, appraisers, lenders, consultants, general contractors, brokers and property managers.
- Managed commercial real estate portfolio of over 1.1 million sq. ft.
- Developed five office buildings totaling 220,000 sq. ft. for America Online, FedEX Viking Freight, Dun & Bradstreet, , Fluor Engineering, American Board of Radiology and KB Homes within 25-acres of a 120-acre Williams Centre Master Planned Community.
- Former head off operations for Oxford Properties Group and Triovest Realty Advisors in Winnipeg, two of Canada's leading commercial real estate development and property management companies.
